Glenn Gottlieb has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Mr. Gottlieb spent his career in senior operating and corporate development roles, and as an executive consultant in the technology industry, including leading the number one global market share laptop line for Zenith Data Systems, leading the number two global market share multi-media product line for MediaVision, helped launch GSM in North America with Pacific Bell Mobile Services (now ATT), co-founded, raised capital, and led business development for of one of the first mobile commerce companies, AirFlash, which generated a $400M acquisition offer, as well as leading spin-out opportunities for Raytheon and SRI International.
Immediately prior to investment banking, Mr. Gottlieb led corporate investment opportunities, and investigations of M&A opportunities for SK Telecom Americas.
As an investment banker, Mr. Gottlieb has focused on M&A and private placement opportunities in the SaaS services, cyber security, big data, IT infrastructure, and wireless technology markets.
