Dresner Partners Advises Zenith Cutter Company on It's Sale to the Fisher-Barton Group

ON ITS SALE TO THE FISHER-BARTON GROUP

CHICAGO – June 28, 2011 – Dresner Partners, a leading FINRA-registered, middle-market investment bank, recently advised Zenith Cutter Company in its sale to the Fisher-Barton Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Zenith Cutter is a leading provider of industrial knives and accessories to the converting, plastics and recycling markets. With manufacturing and distribution facilities in Loves Park, Ill. and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Zenith provides products for processing equipment utilized in the converting, corrugated, plastics, recycling, textile, tire, tree care, roofing and wood industries. The company will operate as an independent division of the Fisher-Barton Group of companies,
