Mr. Pollack has a distinguished track record of working with middle-market companies to develop,
implement and finance growth strategies, particularly in healthcare information and medical
technology. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of ExtendedCare Solutions. ExtendedCare
offers telehealth and patient experience solutions.
Before he transitioned into operating roles, Gregg spent much of his career as an investment
banker, including 12 years at Dresner Partners, working primarily with closely held, middle-market
businesses. His executive-level operating experience includes positions as President and CEO of
MorCare, LLC, a care management software company; VP of Finance and Strategy for Morrisey
Associates, a credentialing and privileging software provider; and CFO and VP of Administration
for Pernix Group, a global specialty construction and power generation company and as CEO of a
dairy processing firm.
Gregg earned an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in economics (with a concentration in
accounting) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a certified public
accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He also has the Accredited in
Business Valuation credential from the American Institute of CPAs. He is a director of two private
medical technology companies and is an executive board member for two nonprofit organizations.
