Lindsey Wendler serves as Managing Director at Dresner Partners, where she focuses on transactions in FinTech and Built Industries (infrastructure related products/services, construction services, building products, equipment manufacturing/leasing, engineering, logistics etc.) Additionally, Lindsey has experience in leading transactions across a diverse range of other industries and situations, including those with stressed and distressed companies. Lindsey primarily assists clients with sell-side M&A advisory, however she also leads buy-side M&A projects, restructuring advisory, refinancing, capital raising, and Chapter 11/363 sales.

Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Lindsey served in Managing Director roles at Skystone Securities and National Transaction Advisors.
Early in her career, Lindsey founded a business in the luxury goods industry headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. There, she succeeded in raising growth capital used to expand the company’s international distribution and later sold the business through an M&A process. As a result, Lindsey has extensive experience in forming international business entities, capital raising, material/product sourcing, hiring/team building, international negotiations, and business development. These experiences have fueled her passion to support other entrepreneurs through M&A and corporate finance initiatives.
